How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. We recommend storing your jewelry in the provided pouch and wiping it with a soft cloth after each wear.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Olive & Piper order arrives in our signature branded packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also add a personalized gift note at checkout which we will include in the package.
